In the event a customer is dissatisfied with their purchased coffee, Alana’s will offer two options of recourse to the customer:
1) A full refund will be offered with an apology and our best wishes.
2) A replacement bag, of our selection, will be sent to the customer in the hopes they enjoy the second coffee better than the first. If the customer is still dissatisfied after the re-shipment, we will offer a refund.
Incorrect Address/Returned in the Mail Policy:
We are not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses. If the customer so desires, we will happily re-ship the order if it is returned in the mail, but we will charge an additional fee as payment for shipping costs.
